Pickling can be quick, easy and with
minimum fuss if you know the correct methods. Great, healthy snacks which
can be kept for several weeks in the refrigerator (although, once tasted,
they are simply impossible to resist). Just a spoonful of these spicy
relishes will lift an Indian dish, while the pickled vegetables and
ginger are traditional in Japanese and Korean meals. Pickles are
