Beet Chutney Recipe

Ingredients :

Large raw beet, peeled

Red chili

Carrot

Lime juice

Cumin

Coriander

Salt and pepper to taste

A few cilantro leaves

Method :
  • Process all the ingredients in a food processor and mince it finely.

  • Place in a sterilized jar to be kept in the refrigerator.

  • Serve as a condiment or a salad.
