Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients :

1 cup mint leaves

6 scallions

2 fresh green chilies

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon garam masala

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons water

 

Method :

Cut the scallions into short lengths. See the chilies and remove the stalks. Use a food processor to blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste. Pack into a small dish and smoothen the surface. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving time.
