Garlic Chutney Recipe

2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
1/4 cup

Garlic, peeled
Chili powder
Cooking oil
Dried coconut, grated
Salt to taste

Method :

Combine all the
ingredients and use a food processor to process with a 1/4 cup of
water until smooth.

Before using, dilute with
water and use as required.

Remainder could be stored
in the refrigerator.
