(Moong Ata Sambola)
Ingredients :

Fresh bean sprouts
Fresh green chilies, seeded and sliced
Small onion, finely sliced
Grated fresh coconut or desiccated coconut
Salt
Lemon juice, or to taste
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly.
Remove as many of the green skins as possible.
Drain well.
Mix all ingredients well together.
Serve as an accompaniment to rice and curries.
