Bean Sprout Sambol Recipe

(Moong Ata Sambola)

Ingredients :

1 tablespoon

Fresh bean sprouts

Fresh green chilies, seeded and sliced

Small onion, finely sliced

Grated fresh coconut or desiccated coconut

Salt

Lemon juice, or to taste

Method :
  • Wash bean sprouts thoroughly.

  • Remove as many of the green skins as possible.

  • Drain well.

  • Mix all ingredients well together.

  • Serve as an accompaniment to rice and curries.
