Fruit and Ginger Chutney Recipe

Ingredients :

3 cups

 

1/4 cup

1/2 cup

3/4 cup

2/3 cup

2 tablespoons

1/2 teaspoon

Mixture of pineapple, mangoes &

papaya, finely chopped

Honey

Brown sugar

Small onion

Raisin, finely chopped

White vinegar

Fresh ginger, grated

Cinnamon

A pinch of allspice, nutmeg and cloves

Method :
  • Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil.

  • Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until thicken.

  • Pour into a sterilized jar and keep in the refrigerator.
