Fruit and Ginger Chutney Recipe

Ingredients :

3 cups mixture of piniapple, papaya and mangoes, finely chopped

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup raisin, finely chopped

1 small onion

2/3 cup white vinegar

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

A pinch each of nutmet, cloves and allspice

 

Method :

Add all the ingredients and mix them in a saucepan. Bring to the boil. Simmer in a reduced heat and stir it occasionally until the mixture becomes thick. Scoop into a sterilized warm jar and keep in the fridge.
