Stir-Fried Sweet Peas with Cuttlefish Recipe

Ingredients :


7.5 oz

1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

2 cloves


Sweet peas

Cooking wine



Method :
  • Wash and clean the cuttlefish.

  • Diagonally cut crosses on it, cut into large pieces.

  • Remove skin from the garlic and crush.

  • Heat 2 cups of water in a pot.

  • Scald the cuttlefish, scoop out and drip dry.

  • Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a wok.

  • Stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

  • Add sweet peas and briskly stir-fry until they are emerald green.

  • Add the cuttlefish.

  • Pour wine in, stir-fry briefly.

  • Season with salt and serve.

Note : Sweet peas are crunchy and tasty, and make a simple, popular dish to prepare. You may replace cuttlefish with octopus or sliced meat.
