Stir-Fried String Beans with Shredded Pork Recipe

Ingredients :

String beans

Pork loin



Cooking wine

Soy sauce


Method :
  • Discard the stems of string beans and rinse.

  • Then diagonally slice thinly.

  • Remove skin from the garlic and chop finely.

  • Shred pork and mix together with soy sauce and cornstarch.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok, add shredded pork and fry until meat separates. Scoop out.

  • Stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

  • Add string beans, stir-fry.

  • Sprinkle with wine, salt and a little water.

  • Cover with a lid and braise over low heat for 5 minutes.

  • Uncover, add pork and stir-fry until meat is cooked, then serve.
