Fresh Oyster and Tofu in Fermented Bean Recipe

Ingredients :

10 oz

1 piece (7 oz)

1 1/2 tablespoons


1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

Fresh oyster

Soft tofu

Fermented black beans


Soy sauce

Cooking wine



Method :
  • Wash and clean oysters.

  • Scald in hot water, scoop and drip dry.

  • Cube the tofu and coat with salt evenly.

  • Cut the leek into small pieces.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok.

  • Fry tofu until golden brown slightly.

  • Scoop out.

  • Put fermented beans in and continue to stir-fry.

  • Sprinkle with wine.

  • Add soy sauce and sugar.

  • Add leek and fresh oysters and continue to  stir-fry.

  • Lastly, add tofu and stir-fry well for serving.
