Crabmeat with Tofu Recipe

Ingredients :

2 pieces (14 oz)

1/2 teaspoon

1 cup

1/4 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

Soft tofu

Crabs

Ginger juice

Cooking wine

Salt

Vegetable stock

Sesame oil

Cornstarch

Method :
  • Wash and clean crabs.

  • Place in steamer and steam until cooked.

  • Remove crab meat from shell.

  • Cube the tofu.

  • Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a wok.

  • Place tofu in wok and add crabmeat.

  • Add stock, ginger juice and wine.

  • Bring to a boil.

  • Season with salt.

  • Mix in cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water.

  • Pour into tofu mixture to thicken.

  • Sprinkle with sesame oil for serving.

  • Serve hot.
