Soft tofu
Crabs
Ginger juice
Cooking wine
Salt
Vegetable stock
Sesame oil
Cornstarch
Wash and clean crabs.
Place in steamer and steam until cooked.
Remove crab meat from shell.
Cube the tofu.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a wok.
Place tofu in wok and add crabmeat.
Add stock, ginger juice and wine.
Bring to a boil.
Season with salt.
Mix in cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water.
Pour into tofu mixture to thicken.
Sprinkle with sesame oil for serving.
Serve hot.
