Braised Pork Ribs with Black Beans Recipe

Ingredients :

10 oz

1.3 lb

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

Black beans

Pork ribs

Cooking wine

Salt

Method :
  • Soak the black beans in water for 6 hours.

  • Scald pork ribs in hot water, cool under cold running water, remove and drain.

  • Add 6 cups of water to pork ribs and black beans.

  • Bring to boil.

  • Turn heat down and braise for 40 minutes until soft.

  • Season with wine and salt before serving.

Note : Black beans contains rich vegetable protein. It is said to be helpful for proper kidney function and helps ease symptoms of rheumatism.
