Shrimp Salad Recipe

Ingredients :

250 g

Large shrimps, washed, shelled and deveined

Chicken or fish stock

Spring onions, sliced lengthwise


Tomato, sliced

Bird's eye chilies (chili padi)

Onion, sliced

Garlic, chopped

Coriander root, chopped

Fresh lime juice

Fish sauce


Chili sauce

Method :
  • Place the shrimps with ready-prepared stock in a saucepan.

  • Bring to the boil.

  • When shrimps are cooked, remove from heat.

  • In a mixing bowl, add the lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, chili sauce, chilies, coriander root and chopped garlic.

  • Mix in the shrimps and toss.

  • Add spring onions, celery, tomatoes and onion.

  • Adjust seasoning.

  • Serve salad warm.
