Pineapple Kerabu Recipe

Ingredients :

Sambal Belacan


Dark soy sauce

Coarsely chopped ripe pineapple

Thinly sliced shallot

Method :
  • Combine the sambal belacan with t he sugar and soy sauce.

  • Stir in the pineapple and shallots and mix well.

  • Serve with steamed rice and other side dishes.
