cup desiccated coconut

teaspoons chili powder

teaspoons paprika

teaspoons shrimp powder

medium onion, chopped finely
3 tablespoons hot milk
2 fresh red chilies, seeded and chopped
finely
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Method :
Use a dry bowl to combine the salt, chili
powder, desiccated coconut, paprika and shrimp powder. Sprinkle with the
onion, milk and lemon juice. Mix them well. Use your hands to rub the
ingredients together in order for the coconut to be evenly moist. Turn
to a small bowl and serve.
