Bean Sprout Sambol Recipe

Ingredients :

125 g fresh mung bean sprouts

3 fresh green chilies, seeded and sliced lengthways

1 onion, sliced finely

3 tablespoons grated fresh coconut

Salt to taste

Lemon juice to taste


Method :

Thoroughly wash the mung bean sprouts. Remove all the green and black skins. Drain the bean sprouts well and mix well with all the other ingredients. Serve with rice and curries as an accompaniment.
