Melt in the Mouth Kebab Recipe

Melt-in-the-mouth Kebab Recipe

Ingredients :

1/2 kg

Mixed together

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

3 tablespoons

2 tablespoons

Minced lamb meat

Oil for shallow frying


Garlic paste

Ginger paste

Grated raw papaya


Red chili powder



Powdered green cardamom

Powdered allspice

Masala powder

Powdered mace

Garam masala powder

Lightly roasted gram flour (besan)

Powdered almonds

Method :
  • Combine ingredients for marinade, mix in mince and marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Sprinkle mixed spice powders over mince, mix well and grind to a smooth paste, or pass twice through a fine mincer.

  • Divide mince into 15 portions and shape each into a flat round kebab.

  • Heat oil for shallow frying in a non-stick pan and fry kebabs on both sides till brown.
