Method :
Grill (broil) one side of the gammon under a hot grill (broiler) for 5
minutes. Mix the sugar, mustard and water to a smooth paste. Turn over the
gammon and spread the mustard mixture on the gammon. Grill for 3 minutes
until golden brown. Serve immediately with lemon wedges dipped in the
parsley, and creamed potatoes and mangetout. |
