      Method : 
      
      Mix together all the ingredients except the pork, seasoning to taste with 
      pepper. Marinate the pork in the mixture overnight, then drain and dry 
      well on kitchen paper (paper towels). Put the pork in a greased baking tin 
      (pan) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for 20 
      minutes, then turn the chops and bake for a further 20 minutes, basting 
      frequently with the marinade. Drain the pork and finish off under a 
      preheated grill (broiler) for 5 minutes until glazed.  |
