Mix together all the ingredients except the fillets and oil. Cut the
fillets through into thin slices, then add them to the marinade, coating
the fillets well, and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes. Heat the oil
in a frying pan (skillet). Remove the fillets from the marinade and fry (saute)
for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through on both
sides. Serve with a crisp rocket salad.
