Grilled Ham with Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

4 gammon steaks
300 g/11 oz/1 medium can of pineapple chunks, drained
15 ml/1 tbsp clear honey
100 g/4 oz/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method :

Grill (broil) the gammon steaks for 5 minutes, then turn them over. Chop two-thirds of the pineapple finely and mix with the honey and breadcrumbs. Pile the mixture on top of the steaks and season to taste. Grill for
10 minutes until crispy, then top with the remaining pineapple and serve hot.
