Fish Steak with Chervil Recipe

Ingredients :




4 oz

1/2 cup

1 clove

1 teaspoon

White meat fish filet

Wine, salt and pepper as needed



Olive oil



Pepper as needed

Method :
  1. Combine chervil, olive oil and garlic in a blender.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Blend evenly to make sauce.
  4. Spread wine, salt and pepper evenly on fish filet.
  5. Steam in pan until done.
  6. Remove to serving plate and slowly pour sauce onto it.
  7. Garnish with red whole pepper and asparagus if required.
  8. Serve.
