      is not in the clothes she wears, the style of her hair or the brand of 
      makeup she uses. It's in the way she sees herself and projects that inner 
      glow. 
      Here are some tips to attaining the beauty 
      and wellness you won't find in a bottle: 
      You are already doing it 
      You're probably exercising more than you 
      realize. All you have to do is kick up your daily activities a notch or 
      two. For example, park you car slightly further from the mall entrance and 
      take a brisk walk to get there or opt to use the stairs instead of the 
      elevator whenever possible. 
      Feet first 
      Pamper tired feet with a simple ginger 
      scrub. Mix a few handfuls of sea salts, several drops of olive oil and a 
      few shavings of fresh ginger. Rinse your feet after the scrub, then 
      massage with a moisturizing body lotion. 
      Develop your mind 
      Take time to do something outside of your 
      daily routine. For example, visit a bookshop and pick up a travel book. 
      Learn about another country's people, culture and geography. 
      Grab some sleep 
      The right amount of sleep helps your body 
      re-energize and de-stress for the next day. Avoid spending time staring at 
      a computer screen just before bed. The exposure from the light will affect 
      your sleep quality. If you have problems falling asleep, try drinking a
