Wash and clean oysters.

Scald in hot water, scoop
and drip dry.

Cube the tofu and coat
with salt evenly.

Cut the leek into small
pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in
a wok.

Fry tofu until golden
brown slightly.

Scoop out.

Put fermented beans in and
continue to stir-fry.

Sprinkle with wine.

Add soy sauce and sugar.

Add leek and fresh oysters
and continue to stir-fry.

Lastly, add tofu and
stir-fry well for serving.
