Chinese Ham and Tofu Recipe

Ingredients :

Tofu

Chinese ham

Leek

Cooking wine

Oil

Water

Method :
  • Cook ham in 2 cups water over low heat for about 10 minutes

  • Remove, cool and slice thinly.

  • Cut leek diagonally into sections.

  • Cut tofu into 0.6 cm thick slices.

  • Heat 4 tablespoons oil in wok, fry tofu until golden.

  • Add leek and ham.

  • Sprinkle with wine and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

  • Carefully turn tofu once during cooking.

  • Serve.
