Chinese Ham and Tofu Recipe

Tofu
Chinese ham
Leek
Cooking wine
Oil
Water

Method :

Cook ham in 2 cups water
over low heat for about 10 minutes

Remove, cool and slice
thinly.

Cut leek diagonally into
sections.

Cut tofu into 0.6 cm thick
slices.
-
Heat 4 tablespoons oil in
wok, fry tofu until golden.
-
Add leek and ham.
-
Sprinkle with wine and
simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
-
Carefully turn tofu once
during cooking.
-
Serve.
