Scald lentil in
hot water.

Scoop and cool
under cold running water, drip dry.

Slice pork lean
thinly.

Mix together
with soy sauce and cornstarch.

Heat 2
tablespoons oil in a wok.

Add pork and
fry until cooked. Scoop out.

Add lentil,
salt and a little water.

Cover with a
lid and braise for 5 minutes.

Add cooked pork
and sesame oil.

Stir-fry
evenly.

Scoop and
serve.
