Braised Green Soybeans with Shrimps Recipe

Green soybeans

Shelled shrimps

Cooking wine

Method :
  • Boil 2 cups water in a pot.

  • Scald green soybeans in it, then cool under cold running water and drip dry.

  • Devein the shrimps.

  • Wash and clean. Pat dry and then mix with ingredient A.

  • Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a wok.

  • Add shrimp and stir-fry until shrimps turn red. Scoop out.

  • Leave 1 tablespoon oil in the wok and stir-fry the green soybeans.

  • Season with salt. Add a little water.

  • Cover with a lid and braise for 5 minutes.

  • Uncover and add shrimps.

  • Sprinkle with wine, stir-fry until shrimp are cooked, then serve.
