Braised Golden Gluten Recipe

Golden gluten

Pork ribs

Spring onions

Dried Chinese mushrooms

Soy sauce

Sugar

Cooking wine

Method :
  • Scald the golden gluten in hot water.

  • Scoop out and cool under cold running water and drip dry.

  • Soften the Chinese mushrooms in water.

  • Remove the stems and then cut in half.

  • Cut the spring onions diagonally into 2 cm pieces.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok.

  • Stir-fry onions and Chinese mushrooms until fragrant.

  • Add pork ribs and stir-fry until fragrant.

  • Sprinkle with wine, soy sauce and sugar. Then stir-fry.

  • Add water to cover all ingredients.

  • Braise over low heat for 20 minutes.

  • Add golden gluten and braise until pork is cooked.
