Braised Deep-Fried Tofu with Curry Recipe

Deep-fried tofu

Tomato

Onion

Curry powder

Garlic

Cooking wine

Salt

Stock

Method :
  • Remove skin from the onion, wash and shred.

  • Slice tomato thinly.

  • Remove skin from garlic and chop finely.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok.

  • Add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  • Add curry powder and stir-fry until fragrant.

  • Then add onion and tomato, stir-fry.

  • Sprinkle with wine and continue to stir-fry over low heat until it is flavorful.

  • Add deep-fried tofu and stock, and braise for 15 minutes.

  • Lastly season with salt and serve.
