Bacon and Tofu Rolls Recipe

1/4 teaspoon

Tofu

Bacon

Egg white

Cornstarch

Young pea shoot

Salt

Method :
  • Cut tofu into large thin slices.

  • Cut bacon slices in half.

  • Mix egg white and cornstarch well.

  • Take 1 piece of bacon to brush it with egg white liquid.

  • Place tofu over bacon and roll it up.

  • Press the folded portion downwards.

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet.

  • Put in the rolled tofu.

  • Face the folding side down.

  • Slowly fry over low heat until bacon turns golden brown.

  • Heat 1 tablespoon in a wok.

  • Put in young pea shoot and stir-fry.

  • Add salt to taste.

  • Scoop onto a serving plate.

  • Place tofu rolls on top for serving.
