       Ingredients : Serves 8 
      1.5 kg stewing beef steak 
      3
      tablespoons ghee 
      
		3 medium onions, chopped finely 
      1
      tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped finely 
      4
      cloves garlic, chopped finely 
      4
      tablespoons curry powder 
      1
      teaspoon turmeric, ground 
      2
      teaspoons black mustard seeds 
      1
      tablespoon vinegar 
      
		3 fresh red chilies, seeded and chopped 
      3 
		ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped 
		
		Salt to taste 
		  
      
      Method :
		Cut the stewing beef steak into 5cm cubes 
		Heat a saucepan with the ghee and gently fry the onions, ginger and 
		garlic until golden. Add turmeric, mustard seeds and curry powder. Fry 
		over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Add salt to taste and vinegar. Stir well. 
		Stir in the beef steak and fry, stirring to coate the meat well. Add 
		chilies and tomatoes. Cover with a lid and simmer on very low heat for 
		about 2 hours. Once cook, serve hot with steamed white rice and other
