Green leeks

Egg, beaten

Cooking oil for shallow frying

Method :
  • Put the minced beef into a mixing bowl, blend in the mixed marinade, and stir thoroughly with a pair of chopsticks.

  • Wash, dry and dice the green leeks. Mince the ginger finely.

  • Add the minced leeks and ginger to the beef and combine well.

  • Mix the beaten egg and the seasoning together and pour into the mixture.

  • Blend thoroughly.

  • Sift the flour on to a platter.

  • Shape the above mixture into small patties and coat evenly with the flour.

  • Heat the oil in a pan.

  • Arrange the patties in it and shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.

  • Drain and serve.
