Ingredients :
450g Chinese broccoli
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Method :
Remove the tough leaves
from the Chinese broccoli and blanch the rest in a slightly salted boiling water until
it is soft. Then remove and strain. Heat a wok until hot and add the
cooking oil and wait until
it starts to smoke. Stir-fry the broccoli with
the salt and sugar for about 1 -2 minutes. Remove and place neatly
on a long serving dish. Pour on the light soy sauce and
serve while hot with white steamed rice. |
