Spicy Salami Dip Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

100 g/4 oz salami, chopped
175 g/6 oz full-fat soft cheese

30 ml/2 tbsp Mayonnaise

15 ml/1 tbsp tomato ketchup (catsup)

30 ml/2 tbsp olive oil
15 ml/1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

5 ml/1 tsp mustard powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Savory biscuits (crackers), to serve

Method :

Puree all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, checking and adjusting the seasoning to taste. Turn into a serving bowl and chill thoroughly. Serve with savory biscuits.
