15 ml/1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
5 ml/1 tsp thyme leaves
0.5 lemon, thinly sliced

Method :
Mix together the oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a shallow ovenproof dish.
Add the chicken and turn until coated in the oil. Sprinkle with the thyme
and arrange the lemon slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at
200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for 15-20 minutes just until the chicken is cooked
through. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the chicken
strips. Serve. |
