Mint Chutney Recipe

Ingredients :

1 cup mint leaves, finely chopped

2 green chilies, seeded and finely chopped

6 green onions, finely chopped

Salt to taste

2 teaspoons sugar

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garam masala

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons water


Method :

Use a food processor to blend all the ingredients until they become a smooth paste. Scoop into a small dish and chill it in the fridge. Serve raw with corn chips,m papadoms or crackers for a healthy snack.
