Ingredients :
1/2 cup peeled garlic
2.5 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cooking oil
1/4 cup dried coconut, grated
Salt according to your taste

ingredients and use a food processor to process with a 1/4 cup of
water until smooth.
