Cilantro Chutney Recipe

Ingredients :

1 small onion

1 bunch cilantro

1 jalapeno pepper

1 tomato

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt to taste

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin


Method :

Use a food processor to process the onion, cilantro, pepper and tomato until the mixture becomes watery. Add a little water if necessary to assist in the blending process. Add the lemon juice, salt and ground cumin. Remove and store in a sterilized jar and could be kept indefinitely if kept in the fridge.
