Fried Chili Tempe Recipe

Tempe
Anchovies (ikan bilis)
Ground nuts
Shallots, cut
Garlic
Red chilies, cut
Sugar
Salt to taste

Method :

Slice the tempe into small narrow diagonal strips and fry with the
anchovies and ground nuts until brown.

Set aside
-
Pound the shallots, garlic and chili together until fragrant.

Add in the sugar, salt and previously fried tempe, nuts and
anchovies until well mixed.

Serve as a snake or as a dish in itself.
