Ingredients :

tablespoons shrimp powder

tablespoons dried shrimp paste
3 onions

Juice of half a lemon
Method :
Flatten the dried shimp paste and wrap
with an aluminum foil. Grill for 15 minutes, turning to cook on both
sides. Add the onions and garlic in the foil and continue to grill with
the dried shrimp paste. When cooked and dried, pound these ingredients
together with a mortan and pestle. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
This is an accompaniment that can be eaten in small quantities together
with rice.
