Nyonya Stir Fried Chicken Recipe

Chicken meat, cubed
Red chilies, cubed
Mint leaves
Green pepper (capsicum)
Teriyaki sauce
Dried basil
Vietnamese mint (Daun Kesom)
Sugar and salt to taste
Cornflour mixture

Method :
-
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in
a wok.

Stir fry the chicken meat
and chilies until cooked.

Add teriyaki sauce, dried
basil, Vietnamese mint, sugar and salt.

Stir fry evenly.

Stir in the cornflour
mixture.
-
Sprinkle mint leaves on
top and serve on a plate.
Note : Marinating the chicken
with soy sauce and cornflour will softens the meat texture.
