Ingredients : Serves 4
50 g/2 oz/0.5 cup coarse oatmeal 600 ml/1 pt/2.5 cups double (heavy) cream, whipped 25 g/1 oz/2 tbsp caster (superfine) sugar
15 m/1 tbsp whisky 100 g/4 oz raspberries
Method :
Toss the oatmeal in a heavy-based pan over a moderate heat for 3 minutes, then leave to cool slightly. Stir the oatmeal into the cream with the sugar, whisky and raspberries. Spoon into individual bowls and serve.
