Stir-Fried Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients :

250 g Broccoli

3 tablespoons Oil

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Sugar

2 tablespoons Water

Method :

Cut the broccoli into small pieces and remove the rough skin from the stalks. Heat the oil in a wok until hot and stir-fry the broccoli for about 1 to 1.5 minutes. Add the salt, sugar and water and cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve hot.
