Spanish Shrimps in Garlic Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

45 ml/3 tbsp olive oil
250 g/9 oz large raw shrimps, peeled but with tails intact
2 garlic cloves, sliced
A pinch of chili powder (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method :

Heat the oil in a large frying pan (skillet), add the shrimps, garlic and chili, if using, and fry (saute) for a few minutes, tossing and shaking the pan frequently, just until the shrimps turn pink. Season with a little salt and plenty of pepper and serve at once.
