Greek Tomato Platter Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

6 ripe plum tomatoes, sliced
100 g/4 oz/0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

8 black olives, stoned (pitted) and sliced

15 ml/1 tbsp dried oregano

15 ml/1 tbsp white wine vinegar

15 ml/1 tbsp olive oil
Freshly ground black pepper

Method :

Arrange the tomato slices on individual plates and scatter the cheese, olives and oregano over. Whisk together the wine vinegar and olive oil, then drizzle it over the tomatoes. Season generously with pepper before serving.
