Garlic, finely chopped

Boneless chicken meat

Concentrated chicken stock

 

 

Thai chili sauce

Light soy sauce

Lime juice

 

 

Cooked rice

Long beans, finely sliced

Carrot, grated

Bunga Kantan (ginger flower), thinly sliced

Chili padi (bird's eye chili), sliced

Toasted sesame seeds

Method :
  • Heat oil and fry garlic until slightly brown.

  • Add the chicken meat and concentrated chicken stock.

  • Cook for 5 minutes.

  • Remove from heat.

  • Stir in ingredients A and let it cool.

  • In a salad bowl, combine ingredients B.

  • Add cold mixture and toss well.

  • Place salad on a bed of lettuce and serve at once.
