Sugar
Dark soy sauce
Coarsely chopped ripe pineapple
Thinly sliced shallot
Combine the sambal belacan with t he sugar and soy sauce.
Stir in the pineapple and shallots and mix well.
Serve with steamed rice and other side dishes.
