Sambal Belaccan
Black shrimp paste
Sugar
Dark soy sauce
Peeled and shredded green mango
Mix the sambal belacan with the black shrimp paste, sugar and dark soy sauce.
Add the shredded mangoes and mix well.
Serve with steamed rice.
