      Method : 
      Warm the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce and chili powder in a saucepan. Cut 
      the fish into 4 cm/1.5 in slices, then thread the fish, onions, courgettes 
      and lemon alternately on to four skewers. Lay them in a shallow dish and 
      pour the marinade over. Leave for at least 30 minutes, turning 
      occasionally. Remove the skewers from the marinade and grill (broil) under 
      a medium grill (broiler) for 15 minutes until cooked through and golden, 
      basting with the marinade and turning frequently. |
