Thai Style Turkey Burgers Recipe

Ingredients : Serves 4

450 g/1 lb minced (ground) turkey

15 ml/1 tbsp soy sauce
5 ml/1 tsp grated fresh root ginger

2 garlic cloves, crushed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

30 ml/2 tbsp oil
Flat white rolls and salad, to serve

Method :

Mix together the turkey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended. Using wetted hands, shape into eight burgers about 1 cm/0.5 in thick. Heat the oil in a frying pan (skillet) and fry (saute) the burgers for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown. Serve in flat white rolls with salad.
