2.5 ml/0.5 tsp chili powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Brush the chicken with egg. Mix together the sesame seeds and chili powder
and season to taste. Roll the chicken in the seeds. Place the chicken in a
roasting tin (pan) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4
for 35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
